570 FLAG LEAGUE INFO

The 570 Flag Football fall season will span ten weeks starting

Sunday Sept 6th - November 14.

AGE GROUPS

9:30AM - 10:30 AM: 5-7 Year Olds - Rookie Division/Coach QB

10:45AM - 11:45 AM: 8-10 Year Olds - Junior Division

12-1 PM: 11-13 Year Olds - Senior Division

IMPORTANT SCHEDULING UPDATES​

​

Seven of the ten weeks we will play Saturday mornings like we always have. However, due to some scheduling conflicts in the Stroudsburg stadium,

we will need to adjust a few weeks.

​​

- Week 1 will be Sunday Sept. 6th.

- There is no flag the week of Saturday September 12th.

- We also need to move to Sunday on September 20th and October 4th.

- At this time, all other games will be Saturday mornings.

• Week 1: Player Clinic/Combine

• Week 2 and 3: Team practices and scrimmages

• Week 4-9: Regular season games

• Week 10: Playoffs and Championships
