570 FLAG LEAGUE INFO

The 570 Flag Football League is a semi competitive 6 on 6 player league open to all boys and girls ages 5-13. Team sizes will range from 10 to 12 players.

The season will span ten Saturdays starting September 7th through November 9th . We will keep November 16th as a rain date if bad weather forces us to cancel. We play all games at Stroudsburg High School.

• Week 1: Player Clinic/Combine (this day will help the coaches create equitable and competitive teams)

• Week 2 and 3: Team practices and scrimmages

• Week 4-9: Regular season games

• Week 10: Playoffs and Championships

AGE GROUPS

9:30AM - 10:30 AM: 5-7 Year Olds - Rookie Division/Coach QB

10:45AM - 11:45 AM: 8-10 Year Olds - Junior Division

12-1PM: 11-13 Year Olds - Senior Division
