CHUCK DAILEY

Coach Chuck Dailey was born and raised in Easton, PA and football has always been a huge part of his life. Chuck Dailey is most famous for starting the East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves football program. In 2006 Coach Dailey was named "Poconos Coach of the Year". As coach of the Wolves for seventeen years, Dailey led North to two Eastern Conference Championships and a number one District Playoff seed in 2011. Nine players rushed for over 1,000 yards in Coach Dailey's high octane offense. Dailey has coached in the Lehigh Valley McDonalds All-Star game eight times and served as the Running Backs Coach for the East team in the East-West All-Star game in 2012. He was inducted into the Lehigh Valley All-Star Hall of Fame in 2015. Chuck Dailey is the Athletic Director at East Stroudsburg North High School. He also serves on the Lehigh Valley Football All-Star Board of Directors.

JIM MCCARROLL

Coach Jim McCarroll is originally from Tamaqua, PA. As a graduate of Marian Catholic High School, Jim was part of the 1986 Eastern Conference Champion team. He attended Bloomsburg University where he was a three-year letterman. A two-year starter at Defensive Back, McCarroll led the team in interceptions in his junior year. After the Huskies, Coach McCarroll went on to be an assistant coach at Marian Catholic, Pocono Mountain, and Wyoming Valley West where he was a part of three District XI Championship wins.

In 2002, Coach McCarroll became the 1st Head Football Coach at Pocono Mountain West High School and led the Panthers to the MVC Championship in 2007. The Panthers have appeared five times in the Eastern Conference Playoffs under Coach McCarroll, winning the 5A/6A Eastern Football Championship in 2016. Coach McCarroll has been active in the Lehigh Valley All-Star Football Classic over the past decade, as Head Coach in 2008, assistant coaching, currently serving on the Board of Directors, and having been inducted into the Lehigh Valley All-Star Hall of Fame in 2013. In the fall of 2017, Coach McCarroll led the Panthers to their first District XI playoff berth and victory in program history. Jim McCarroll is currently a teacher and Head Football Coach at Pocono Mountain West High School.

JIM MILLER

Coach Jim Miller was born and raised in Bangor, PA. He has been coaching football for 18 years, getting his start for one year in Pen Argyl and then moving on to Stroudsburg. Miller led the Mounties to an undefeated regular season and EPC North Championship in 2014. In each of his 4 years as head coach, the Mounties have made district playoffs. Coach Miller was named the 2015 Lehigh Valley All Star Football Classic head coach of the Red team. In the fall of 2017, Coach Miller once again led the Mounties to another EPC North Division Championship.

Before taking over the varsity football team, Coach Miller coached the Stroudsburg Track and Field team for 14 years. In his 7 years as a Head Track Coach, the boys’ team won the Mountain Valley League Championship 4 consecutive years and the girls’ won 3 consecutive years. Miller coached 15 district champions, several state medalists, and one state champion. The Morning Call named him 2013 “Track and Field Coach of the Year”. Coach Miller currently is a Business Education teacher at Stroudsburg High School.

BRIAN MITCHELL

Coach Brian Mitchell has been involved with football in the Poconos for over 20 years. After finishing his playing career at East Stroudsburg University, Mitchell went on to start the East Stroudsburg North football program with Head Coach Chuck Dailey in 1999. During his tenure at North, Mitchell has coached the Lehman Intermediate Football program to five undefeated seasons. He has accumulated a record of 110-19-3 over his last 14 seasons as the Timberwolves head coach. In his final seasons as Head Coach, Mitchell has coached the Timberwolves on a 29-1 streak, including back to back undefeated seasons in 2016 and 2017. Coach Mitchell is an eighth grade Social Studies teacher at Lehman Intermediate School and now serves as a Special Teams coach for Stroudsburg High School.
